1. No entry fee is required to enter the contest.
2. Everyone must pay the required admission price at the Gate.
3. Pre-Registration is suggested. However, contestants may enter on the day of the contest beginning at 12:00 in the Hazel Ruby Building.
4. Contestants will be judged on:
               neatness, creativity and overall effect.
5. There will be 10 possible points for all three categories in the judging, totaling 30 possible points overall.
6. Contestants may bring one object that will accent his/her costume.
7. After the judging is complete, the winners from each age division in both classes will compete for the title of
                 “2019 Mon County Fair Cutest Little Farmer(s)”.
8. There will be no live animals allowed.
9. Ribbons will be awarded to the winners.
