CUTEST KID PHOTO CONTEST

GIRLS:  Under 6 Months; 6 Months to 1 Year; 2 Years; 3 Years
BOYS:   Under 6 Months; 6 Months to 1 Year; 2 Years; 3 Years
TWINS:  0 - 23 Months; 2 Years to 4 Years

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. All pictures must be postmarked or hand delivered to the attention of Mon County Fair Cutest Kid Photo Contest, Monongalia County Extension Office on or before August 8, 2019.
2. Photographs must be 5" x 7", firmly attached to white poster board which is 7" x 9" in size. Photos will not be accepted if mounted on any other material other than white poster board. Photos will not be accepted if framed in any way. Size must be 5" x 7" (no other size will be accepted).
3. All photographs must be in full color. Tinted, colorized, or black & white photos will not be accepted.
4. Photographs must have been taken within the past 6 months. Only one entry per child.
5. THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION MUST BE RECORDED ON THE BACK OF THE POSTER BOARD IN THE UPPER LEFT HAND CORNER: PARENTS OR LEGAL GUARDIANS NAME AND ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER, CHILD’S NAME, AGE (at time of picture) AND BIRTH DATE.
6. Judging will be based on personality and appeal - not on perfection of photography.
7. First, Second and Third place ribbons will be awarded in each age group. 
8.  ALL photographs will be on display during the Fair, August 13-17.
9. All photographs may be picked up after 9 PM on Saturday or between between Noon and 2 PM on Sunday, August 18.
